Our story
We noticed that estate agents across the United Kingdom were spending hours every day on back-office tasks that had nothing to do with serving clients — Right to Rent checks, viewing schedules, tenancy compliance, document summaries scattered across PDFs and spreadsheets.
Rubo started as a simple experiment: could an AI understand a broker's documents and answer questions about them in plain language? Brokers who tried it immediately said the same thing — "I need this for everything."
Rubo is built for UK estate agents — with deep support for English and Scottish regulation, language, and workflows. We're expanding to the Netherlands, Portugal, and Poland later this year.
