Yes. Annual is twelve times the monthly rate — there is no discount. The price is locked at signup and stated on your annual invoice.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is processed and stored in EU data centres (Frankfurt). We are fully GDPR compliant and never train AI models on your data. Lease documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.
