Our story
We noticed that real estate brokers across Canada and the UK were spending hours every day on back-office tasks that had nothing to do with serving clients — FINTRAC paperwork, provincial compliance, client communication, viewing schedules, and document summaries scattered across PDFs and spreadsheets.
Rubo started as a simple experiment: could an AI understand a broker's documents and answer questions about them in plain language? Brokers who tried it immediately said the same thing — "I need this for everything."
