One credit = one AI action — for example, drafting a reply, summarising a document, or transcribing a voice note. Credits are deducted only when an action is completed.
Can I buy more credits at any time?
Yes. Top up whenever you need to by purchasing any credit pack from the dashboard. Packs stack — unused credits carry over.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so you can buy a larger pack and use it at your own pace.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Brokerages purchasing larger credit volumes or multiple seats can contact us at hello@askrubo.ai for tailored pricing. We also run seasonal promotions for Canadian brokerages from time to time.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We follow privacy practices aligned with PIPEDA and apply strong encryption in transit and at rest. Infrastructure may include processing in the EU (e.g. Frankfurt) and other regions; we minimise data exposure and never train AI models on your client data. Contact us for jurisdiction-specific DPA details.
What channels do you support?
Currently WhatsApp (via WhatsApp Business API) and Telegram. More channels are on our roadmap.
